Privacy Policy

Summary

Zarvalo is an AI-powered lead qualification tool for SEO agencies. We take your privacy seriously. We collect only what is necessary to provide the service. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

What data we collect

Account sign-in details. When you sign in with Google, we use the basic account information needed to create and secure your Zarvalo account.

Lead data you create. Leads you find, save, close, or annotate within Zarvalo are stored in your private account. This data is scoped to your user ID and is never visible to anyone else — including the founder of Zarvalo. Only you can access your saved leads, notes, and activity.

Scraper activity logs. When the scraper runs, the server may log which businesses and locations are being scraped as part of normal server operation. These logs are only visible to the founder of Zarvalo for debugging and infrastructure purposes. They are not stored in any database, not shared with anyone, and not used for any purpose beyond keeping the service running.

Analytics. The app uses Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to collect anonymized, aggregate usage data — such as page views, device type, browser, and performance metrics. No cookies are used. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

What we do not do

We do not sell your email or any other data to third parties.

We do not use your email to send marketing emails or share it with advertisers.

The founder cannot access your saved leads, closed leads, notes, or any personal data you have stored within the app. User data is protected by row-level security in the database, meaning it is technically isolated to your account.

If you sign in with Google, your account information is used only for login and account security.

How we use your data

Your email and sign-in details are used to authenticate you and give you access to your account. Lead data you create is used to power your personal workspace within the app. Analytics data is used to improve performance and user experience at an aggregate level.

Data storage and security

Your account and lead data is stored in Supabase, a managed Postgres database with row-level security enabled. This ensures your data is isolated from other users. The scraper server is hosted on Render. The frontend is hosted on Vercel. All services use industry-standard security practices.

We do not store any sensitive personal information beyond what is described in this policy.

Third-party services

Zarvalo uses the following third-party services: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Render (scraper server). Each of these services has their own privacy policy, and data processed by them is subject to those policies.

Cookies

Zarvalo does not use tracking cookies. Authentication sessions are managed using secure cookies set by Supabase. Vercel analytics does not use cookies.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing zarvalo@outlook.com or sending a message to @oliwiermako on X. We will delete your account and associated data promptly.

Children

Zarvalo is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
