Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 20, 2026
Summary
Zarvalo is an AI-powered lead qualification tool for SEO agencies. We take your privacy seriously. We collect only what is necessary to provide the service. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
What data we collect
Account sign-in details. When you sign in with Google, we use the basic account information needed to create and secure your Zarvalo account.
Lead data you create. Leads you find, save, close, or annotate within Zarvalo are stored in your private workspace. Row-level security scopes this data to your user ID so other customers cannot access your saved leads, notes, or activity.
Scraper activity logs. When the scraper runs, the server may log which businesses and locations are being scraped as part of normal server operation. These logs are only visible to the founder of Zarvalo for debugging and infrastructure purposes. They are not stored in any database, not shared with anyone, and not used for any purpose beyond keeping the service running.
Analytics. The app uses Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to collect anonymized, aggregate usage data — such as page views, device type, browser, and performance metrics. No cookies are used. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
Landing interactions. Zarvalo records aggregate trial-button clicks and demo starts to understand which page placements are useful. These first-party events contain only the event type, page path, path-only referrer, country code, placement, and timestamp. They do not contain a user ID, cookie, query string, raw IP address, or free-form payload.
What we do not do
We do not sell your email or any other data to third parties.
We do not use your email to send marketing emails or share it with advertisers.
User data is protected by row-level security and is not exposed to other customer accounts. Limited authorized access may be used only when necessary for security, support, debugging, or service reliability. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.
The portfolio demo has no sign-in flow and does not request Google account information.
How we use your data
The demo does not collect an email address or sign-in details. Changes to synthetic leads and settings are used only to render your local demo workspace and remain in versioned browser storage.
Data storage and security
Demo state is stored locally by the browser. There is no connected user database, authentication service, live scraper server, or private API.
We do not store any sensitive personal information beyond what is described in this policy.
External services
The static site may be served by a hosting provider, but the product demo does not send lead data to a database, scraper, analytics endpoint, or payment service.
Cookies
The portfolio demo does not use authentication or tracking cookies. Local storage is used only to remember synthetic workspace changes.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing [email protected] or sending a message to @oliwiermako on X. We will delete your account and associated data promptly.
Children
Zarvalo is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
