Terms of Service
Effective date: July 20, 2026
Agreement
By accessing or using Zarvalo (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What Zarvalo does
Zarvalo is a lead qualification tool that helps SEO agencies identify local businesses that may benefit from SEO and website improvements. The Service scrapes publicly available data from Google Maps, analyzes business websites, scores leads based on opportunity signals, and organizes results in a personal workspace.
Zarvalo is intended for legitimate business development purposes — specifically for reaching out to businesses with a genuine offer to improve their online presence.
Acceptable use
You may use Zarvalo to find and qualify leads for your SEO agency or digital marketing business. You agree not to use the Service to spam, harass, or contact businesses in a manner that violates applicable law or regulations. You are responsible for ensuring your outreach complies with anti-spam laws in your jurisdiction (such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, or similar).
You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service itself, or interfere with its infrastructure in any way.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your credentials with others. Zarvalo is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
Each account and its associated data — including saved leads, closed leads, and notes — is isolated from other customer accounts. We do not sell this data or share it for advertising. Limited operational access may be used when necessary for security, support, or service reliability.
Archived demo
Zarvalo is now presented as a static portfolio demo. It does not create accounts, sell a subscription, process payments, scrape live businesses, or send messages. All displayed prospects are synthetic.
Data and privacy
Zarvalo collects your email address for authentication purposes only. Your lead data is private and isolated to your account. The scraper server may log operational activity for debugging, but those logs are not stored in the database and are not shared. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
All content, code, design, and branding associated with Zarvalo are owned by or licensed to Zarvalo. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without written consent.
Analytics and monitoring
Zarvalo uses Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to monitor performance and usage at an anonymized, aggregate level. These tools do not collect personally identifiable information and do not use cookies. Zarvalo also records cookie-free, first-party aggregate trial-button clicks and demo starts without user IDs, query strings, or raw IP addresses.
No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the lead data returned will result in any particular business outcome. Use the Service at your own discretion.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zarvalo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding 30 days.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Updates will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
